All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all specified inclusions.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. In the event that Sirigos Sailing must cancel a cruise due to adverse weather or safety conditions, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any cruise route for safety reasons, including adverse weather conditions. Guest safety is our highest priority. No compensation will be provided for route modifications made for safety reasons, however rescheduling or refunds will be offered for full cancellations.
All guests are expected to follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. The captain has full authority over vessel operations and may refuse boarding or disembark any guest whose conduct endangers the safety of the vessel or other passengers.
Sirigos Sailing carries full marine insurance. Guests participate in all water activities (swimming, snorkeling) at their own risk. The company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by direct negligence of the crew.
Guests with medical conditions that may be affected by sea travel should consult their physician before booking. Please inform us of any health conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
The Company reserves the right to modify the route of the cruise/tour based on weather conditions, sea state, safety requirements, or port authority instructions. Alternative stops of equal quality will be offered where possible.
